Once quote is accepted, merchandise will be picked up in good condition. The products will be inspected and approved by the carrier delivering the merchandise and therefore any unfortunate damages lie with the transportation company. Once the merchandise is picked up, it now belongs to you and it is imperative that you follow the guidelines that the transportation company sets to protect your rights, should it be necessary to file a claim with them.
